Reviews
The event everyone’s talking about
We had an incredible time at Activate, and a big part of that was thanks to Vanessa and Eliacim. They were both professional, energetic, and genuinely cared about making sure everyone had a great experience. They were always ready to help, answered our questions with a smile, and made the whole visit enjoyable from start to finish. Excellent customer service like theirs is hard to find. We can’t wait to come back!
Activate Games is one of the most fun places I've visited. The interactive game rooms are creative, exciting, and keep you moving the whole time. Everything was clean, well organized, and the staff were friendly and helpful. It's perfect for friends, families, or team outings. I had an awesome time and will definitely be back!
Christina was awesome, friendly, and knowledgeable! Our first experience was an unforgettable one, from the exhilarating game play to the thoughtfulness of included lockers, pictures and an extra game once time is up. The door system is genius and made the experience streamlined even when a lot of families are present. We will definitely be back!
This place is super duper fun! Ceem was super helpful and even participated with us when we thought one of the rooms was out of service. Please do not bring your 3 year old children with you if they enjoy games. It will not end well for you. I cant wait to come back without the little one so i can actually be a big kid again!!
Had a blast at Activate celebrating my husband's birthday. Many shout outs to the team and especially Ceem for his instructions and tips on how to navigate the games. He was so kind and knowledgeable. My family and I will definitely be back!
This is a great place to take your kiddos for an active, engaging, and fun experience. Don’t forget to bring your water bottles! They offer a water fill station and free lockers to put your things into so you don’t have to carry them with you. Wear active clothes and sneakers. They have benches for resting, a party room, and clean bathrooms. 90 minutes was worth the price and everyone was tired afterwards! We will definitely be going back!
Isaac provided excellent customer service from start to finish. He was respectful, patient, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire process. He answered all of my questions clearly, made everything easy to understand, and had a positive attitude the whole time. It’s clear that he cares about helping customers and making sure they have a great experience. I really appreciate his professionalism and would definitely recommend him to anyone. Thank you, Isaac!
Overall great experience! Between the friendly and very attentive staff to the cleanliness to all the different game rooms. The location was easy to find, reasonably priced and we had so much fun we will definitely be returning.
We had SUCH a fun time! The experience was simple and user-friendly. Staff were super helpful and explained everything clearly. I loved the variety of games and it was super convenient to have the water and restrooms near by. Definitely a 10/10 experience!
If you are looking for a place to have a great time with your family then this is definitely the right place for that. It has many fun things to do for kids and adults too and the staff is very friendly. We celebrated our sons birthday at this place and he had an amazing time it was definitely the best idea
It was a great time! Went on a date night. Could play co-op or competitive. We were looking for something a bit more active and found this was a great spot with plenty of game rooms on a weeknight. Vanessa was super helpful in discussing the points system as well.
It is amazing to know that the games in each room varies, so there is a different challenge as you visit different room. My kids had a blast. Highly recommended. Staff were very helpful and friendly. 5/5 * * * * *
