Welcome to Activate, home to the world's best live-action games. It's you vs. the room in hundreds of unique challenges, all housed in our game rooms. Sign in, pick a level, hit start, and enter the game. Work together with your friends, or face off against them in games that require you to think, run, jump, and hide.

Our games are designed for adults, so they could be challenging for kids under 10 years old.

Players must be at least 6 years old to play, and kids 6-13 must have an adult present in the facility throughout the entire session. We appreciate your cooperation in ensuring a safe and fun experience for everyone.

We strongly encourage making a booking. Booking ahead ensures we have space for you when you arrive. Walk-ins are welcome, but we cannot guarantee we will have a spot for you if you just drop in.

Use the link at the top of this page or call us to book your spot. A deposit is required to secure your spot which is refunded when your group arrives. If 4 or more booked players don't show up, a portion of your deposit is forfeited. If your numbers change by 4 or more, let us know so we can update your booking. No need to contact us if your group changes by 3 or less.

Yes! Gift cards are available online or at any of our locations. E-gift cards are sent to your email, or you can send them directly to the recipient via email.

Gift cards are only valid in the country where they are purchased.

Your admission is good for all the rooms we have at the location you're visiting. Conquer one room, or play every game to find the best one.

If you have made a booking with us and the number of players you have booked for has changed, please get in touch with us via phone or email to update your booking. Please note that if more than four or more players do not attend, a portion of your deposit will be forfeited.

If you cancel your booking more than 24 hours in advance, you will receive a full refund of your deposit. However, if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking, your deposit will be refunded in the form of an e-gift card. Please note that if you fail to show up at your scheduled time, your deposit will not be returned.

As an active gaming experience, Activate requires players to run, jump, climb, crawl and throw in many of our game rooms. Many of our games feature effects such as flashing lights, loud music, and fog. Most games at Activate involve differentiating colours of the same family and vibrancy.

While all players are welcome to play at Activate, we ask those with pre-existing health conditions to use caution and check with their medical professional before attending when necessary.

Our staff team members are happy to guide you through our facility anytime during store hours before you book to determine if Activate is right for you.

Prepare to sweat. Wear something that is comfortable to run, jump, and crawl in. We recommend athletic, closed-toe shoes for the best experience.

We recommend bringing a water bottle with you, but you'll have to keep it in your locker. Outside food and beverages are not allowed.

Our games are designed for groups of 3-5 people, but can be played with 2 players. Groups of 6 or more will have to split into smaller groups, but can be switched around at any time between games.
