Every guest is issued an electronic wristband that tracks game activity, scores, and achievements for the leaderboard. Registering a player account ahead of time (vs. onsite) saves check-in time and lets guests choose their player name.

Guests pick a room, then pick a game within that room (each lasts about 1–3 minutes). Activate is physically demanding (running, jumping, climbing, crawling, throwing) and rooms use flashing lights, loud music, fog, and color-differentiation elements. Guests with pre-existing conditions should use caution and check with a medical professional before booking. Staff can walk a guest through the facility anytime during store hours (pre-booking) to help them decide if it is a good fit.
Minimum age is 6. Games are built for adults and may be difficult for kids under 10. Guests ages 6–13 must have an adult present in the facility for the entire session.
Walk-ins are welcome but availability is never guaranteed. Recommend booking online (or over the phone) to secure a spot. A small deposit is collected at booking.
A minimum of two people is required to play. Games are designed for groups of two to five. Groups of six or more can split into smaller teams and rotate through rooms. There is no matchmaking program for solo guests or groups of one at this time.
Activate is a live-action, active gaming facility. Guests become the player—jumping, climbing, and problem-solving as they move between themed game rooms. Each room uses interactive technology (lasers, motion sensors, lighting) that reacts in real time.
The booking terms and conditions published at the time of booking apply.
