Hosted a school group here for a field trip and they loved it! Booking was easy, staff was incredibly helpful when scheduling, as well as the day of the event. We would gladly go back again - and many plan to make personal trips back with friends and family!
This was our first time at Activate. My teenage kids had a blast, trying the different rooms and leveling up. They spent 90 minutes here which was a good amount of time for a group of five. My husband and I also enjoyed playing the various challenges. All of the staff I interacted with were kind, friendly, and knowledgeable. We will definitely be back.
Super fun and interactive experience. Although there are multiple in the establishment at once, your group has each game play room to yourself. Great for kids and adults. The AC was not working at the Louisville location when we attended for Labor Day weekend, but the staff were super friendly and helpful, even offering cool pops to keep us cool. Will be returning, hopefully the AC is working then!

This is such a fun way for family’s to spend time together , our group ages were 10 to 58 and in between. We all loved it . We have driven twice from Nashville to play . Please put one in Nashville so we can play more
This was so much fun. Very good value for the money. So many different types of games. The games were also a much different type of game that is normally at a place like this. Our family has such a good, fun time playing these together.

Im way past due on leaving this place and team a raving review. Ive been coming here for years and can now say I've watched the place grow as they've added 2 new rooms may 2026. The staff here are fun, friendly and are ready to help to the best of their ability. Sometimes the rooms do break down or dont work as intended but the staff fix it and youre back in the game. Other locations may have different games so try that out as well but be warned the staff probably wont be as awesome.
This is always such a fun experience. Amy was so friendly, accommodating, and welcoming. The boys I watch loved all the games. We will definitely be back.
My kids and I had the best time. Honestly, the most entertaining hour of my life. Amy and Clay were exceptional, helping us through the process of getting everything started and checking out at the very end with our prizes. Love love love!!! we most certainly will be coming back
