The minimum age to participate in Activate is 5 years old.
Children between the ages of 5 and 10 must be accompanied by an adult.

To play, you need at least two people. Games are played in groups of two to five people. If you have six or more people, you can split into smaller groups and switch players at any time while in the gaming area.

Activate is an active experience, so we recommend wearing comfortable clothing that allows you to run, jump, crawl, and climb. Clean, flat, closed-toe shoes are required. High heels, spiked winter boots, sandals, and bare feet are not permitted.

While Activate welcomes walk-ins, availability cannot be guaranteed. It's always best to book online to ensure that we can accommodate you. Thank you for your understanding!

At Activate, you don't need to worry about booking a specific room because you have the freedom to explore and enjoy as many or as few rooms as you'd like. We want you to have the best experience possible, so feel free to make the most of your time here.

You're welcome to bring your own water bottle, but we ask that you keep it in your locker or at the designated water bottle park, as all drinks are strictly prohibited inside the game rooms. Unfortunately, outside food and beverages are not permitted in our facility unless pre-arranged as part of a Party Room booking, but refreshments are available for purchase at our snack corner. All food and lidless drinks must be consumed in the lobby before or after your game.

Gift cards are always available for purchase online and can be sent directly to your own email or to the recipient's email. Gift cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase and can only be redeemed at the location where they were purchased. They may be used across multiple bookings until the balance is fully redeemed. You can also visit our store to purchase a physical gift card. Unfortunately, we do not mail gift cards.

YES! We offer a variety of solutions for groups, including corporate team-building days, bachelor/bachelorette parties, school trips, and birthday celebrations. For more information about a customized package, please contact us by the contact form, or email, or book a ready-made event directly through our online reservation system.

We kindly ask that you notify our customer service team of any changes to your reservation as soon as possible. Reservations for groups of fewer than 10 people can be cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours before the booked time, either via the link in your reservation confirmation email or by contacting customer service. Cancellations made after this period, as well as no-shows, will be charged the full price of the booked service.

For group reservations, cancellations made less than 7 days before the scheduled date will incur a 50% charge. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the reservation, or failure to show up, will be charged in full. In the event of illness, the booking may be rescheduled once at no additional charge, subject to availability, by contacting customer service.

You can easily make a reservation through our website by clicking the BOOK NOW button. Simply select your preferred date and time, product, and number of participants, then follow the instructions to complete your booking. Just before checkout, you may enter any applicable discount codes, gift card numbers, or membership details.

Unfortunately, we only accept card payments on-site, and cash is not an option. However, you can pay for your reservation online using various payment methods if that is more convenient for you.

Yes! We have several lockers available for our customers to use free of charge. Please note that the number and size of our lockers are limited, so we recommend leaving larger items at home.

Unfortunately, we do not have dedicated changing rooms & showers. However, you are welcome to use the restrooms to change clothes. Please ask our staff for more information when you arrive.

Since Activate is an active gaming experience, many of our games involve jumping, running, climbing, crawling, and throwing. To create a fully immersive experience, some game rooms may also feature flashing lights, smoke effects, and loud sounds. Our games are highly visual, and some require players to distinguish between different colours, patterns, or symbols. In several games, audio cues can be helpful, but they are not always necessary.

We warmly welcome all players! However, we recommend that individuals with known medical conditions, injuries, or physical limitations use their own judgment when determining whether the experience is suitable for them. If needed, please consult a healthcare professional regarding your ability to participate safely. There is no accessible restroom within our venue, but one is available in Itis shopping center facilities on the same floor.

The game area features dim lighting, energetic music, and extensive LED lighting, but no strobe lights. The games include sounds typical of video games as well as their own background music. Movement in the lobby and game areas is possible with a wheelchair, but the wall‑to‑wall carpeting may make moving around more physically demanding. The doors to the game rooms are approximately 94.5 cm wide and are accessed via a gently sloped ramp (1.6 degrees). All room doors are opened manually by pushing or pulling.

Activate game rooms Grid, Mega Grid, Grip, Control, and Laser are completely inaccessible for wheelchair users. In the other rooms, some games can be played from a wheelchair, depending on the size and maneuverability of the wheelchair. However, a large portion of the games require running, jumping, or throwing. All games are time‑based and become more challenging as levels progress. Examples of rooms more suitable for wheelchair users include:

Strike & Hoops: Ball throwing from a 90 cm high platform
Mega Laser: Laser shooting over a half‑height wall
Press: Buttons positioned from floor level up to 170 cm
Scan: Screens positioned at approximately 100 cm height
Pipes/Portals: Pipe entry points are approximately at 110 cm height, and the ball exits near floor level, requiring players to pick it up from the floor.
Hide: Requires speed in particular, with buttons placed on walls at varying heights
