To ensure you have the best possible time, we strongly recommend booking online ahead of time. You can easily book online or over the phone.

A deposit of one admission or full payment (if preferred) is required at the time of the booking. The remaining amount is due in full upon your arrival. Please note that if 4 or more booked players cancel without notice, part of the deposit will be forfeited. There is no need to contact Activate if your group numbers change by 3 or less.

Walk-ins are welcome upon availability, but we cannot guarantee we will have an opening available if you just drop in. Don't miss out on the fun - book your spot today!

While Activate welcomes walk-ins, availability cannot be guaranteed. It's always best to book online to ensure that we can accommodate you.

To play, you need at least two people. Games are played in groups of two to five people. If you have six or more people, you can split into smaller groups and switch players at any time while in the gaming area.

Unfortunately, we do not have a program that matches groups of less than two with other players at this time.

The minimum age to participate in Activate is 6 years old. Activate games are designed for adults and may be challenging for children under 10 years old.

Children 6-13 years old: An adult must be present at the facility throughout the entire gaming experience for children between 6 and 13 years old.

We appreciate your cooperation in ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone.

As an active gaming experience, Activate requires Players to run, jump, climb, crawl, and throw in many of our game rooms. To create a more immersive experience, some game rooms include flashing lights, loud music, and fog effects.

Many games also require Players to distinguish between similar colours and varying levels of brightness.

While everyone is welcome to play at Activate, we encourage anyone with a pre-existing medical condition or other health concerns to consult their healthcare professional before visiting if they have questions about whether the experience is appropriate for them.

If you'd like to learn more before booking, our staff would be happy to give you a tour of the facility during store hours and help you determine whether Activate is the right fit for you.

Plans change - we understand! If your group size changes by four or more Players after booking, please contact us by phone or email at [email protected], and we'll be happy to update your reservation. Please note that if more than four or more player do not attend, a portion of your deposit will be forfeited.

If you cancel your booking more than 24 hours in advance, you will receive a full refund of your deposit. However, if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking, your deposit will be kept on file for future use. Please note that if you fail to show up at your scheduled time, your deposit will not be returned.

No. Outside food and beverages are not permitted at Activate.
You are welcome to bring a reusable water bottle, but it must be stored in your locker while you're playing, as food and beverages are not allowed in the game rooms.

This location does not offer a separate room for parties.

Our gift cards are available for purchase online or at any of our locations. If you purchase an e-gift card, it will come to you via email or be sent directly to the person’s email you choose.

Gift cards are valid for use solely within the country of purchase and are not valid for redemption in other countries.

If you have left an item behind during your experience, please reach out by phone or email to the location you visited with a description of the item. Clothing will be retained for 30 days and, if unclaimed, will be donated to charity. Valuables are retained for 90 days and, if unclaimed, will be donated to charity.

Activate is an active experience. We suggest wearing clothes that make you feel comfortable running, jumping, crawling, and climbing in. Clean, flat, closed-toe footwear recommended.
